This is a plain-language summary of how TITANXPLORER handles your data. It is not a substitute for formal legal advice, and Abubakar Muhammad (operating as TITANXPLORER) is not a lawyer.
Analytics. This site uses Google Analytics (GA4) to understand traffic — which pages get visited, roughly where from, and general engagement patterns. GA4 uses cookies and collects data such as your approximate location, device type, and browsing behavior on this site. It does not collect your name or email unless you provide it separately.
Contact information. If you email, message via Slack or Telegram, or book a call through Calendly, the information you provide (name, email, and whatever you choose to share) is used only to deliver the service you requested — the diagnostic, the retainer engagement, or the conversation you initiated.
Payment information. Payments are processed by Flutterwave, a third-party payment processor. TITANXPLORER does not receive or store your card details — Flutterwave handles that under its own privacy and security policies.
Information you provide as a client — voice samples, business context, signals, decisions, and similar material — is used exclusively to deliver your engagement. It is treated as confidential under the terms of your service agreement and is never shared with, or used to identify you to, any third party without your consent.
Site analytics data is used only in aggregate, to understand which content and pages are useful to visitors.
This site and its operations rely on: Google Analytics (site analytics), Flutterwave (payment processing), Calendly (call scheduling), Slack and Telegram (client communication), and Notion (client workspace delivery). Each operates under its own privacy policy, which governs the data it directly collects.
You can request a copy of any information TITANXPLORER holds about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, by emailing bukar@titanxplorer.com. Requests are handled within 14 days.
This site uses cookies solely for analytics purposes (via Google Analytics). No advertising or tracking cookies are used. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time; this does not affect your ability to use the site or purchase a diagnostic.
