Start With What You Already Have
A profile, a website, a few links, and a clear line on what you're trying to accomplish are enough to begin. Name, email, role, company, where we can see your current work, and why now. If there's more that matters, send it separately.

Your Time Is Part of the Brief
You don't need to turn this into another job. If you have fifteen minutes, we use fifteen minutes. If you have documents, previous interviews, voice notes, or existing work, we start there. If your schedule is tight, we do more of the research ourselves and bring you only the questions that genuinely need your judgment.
We Start From What Already Exists
Existing material. Your writing, interviews, presentations, website, and other public work give us a strong starting point.
A short conversation. When something is easier to say than to write down, a focused conversation gets it out of your head and onto the page.
Independent research. When you have little time or little material to send, we work from what's already available and bring you only the points that genuinely need your confirmation.
The more access we have, the more specific the work becomes. But the work doesn't depend on you constantly producing new material.
Quiet By Design
Much of this work sits close to decisions, relationships, and personal reputation. We treat it that way. Private conversations stay private. Client work isn't turned into public proof without permission. Where public examples are useful, they're anonymized.
What Happens Next
We read what you sent and come back with a view. If there's a real fit, we explain what we think would help and what the next step looks like. If a paid engagement is the right move, we'll explain what it covers and what it costs before anything is sent to pay. There's no need to commit to a call just to begin.
