Terms of Service

The agreement that governs diagnostics and retainer engagements. Last updated July 2026.

← Back to Home

This is a plain-language summary of the terms governing TITANXPLORER engagements. It is not a substitute for formal legal advice, and Abubakar Muhammad (operating as TITANXPLORER) is not a lawyer. For a specific engagement, the Service Operations Document (SOD) provided at onboarding takes precedence over this page.

Who You're Contracting With

Invoices, agreements, and payment records are issued under the legal name Abubakar Muhammad, operating as TITANXPLORER (Bukar Abba). This is a single-operator practice; references to "TITANXPLORER," "we," or "us" throughout this site refer to that same entity.

Diagnostics

The Authority Gap Diagnostic ($1,500, for executives) and Market Signal Diagnostic ($750, for founders) are paid, fixed-scope engagements. The fee reserves your session and covers the strategic brief delivered afterward. Once the diagnostic is delivered, the fee is non-refundable. One free reschedule is available if your scheduled session time no longer works — request it by email before the session.

Diagnostics include a 30-day foundation period as described on the relevant diagnostic page. At the end of that period, continuing into a retainer engagement is optional and requires a separate agreement and invoice.

Retainer Engagements

Retainer terms (length, price, and scope) are set out in the specific proposal and invoice issued to you after the diagnostic or an equivalent scoping conversation — not on this website. The Service Operations Document (SOD) provided at the start of any retainer governs communication, delivery timelines, revisions, and cancellation for that engagement.

Intellectual Property

The frameworks, methodologies, and written materials published on this site (including PDFs) are the intellectual property of TITANXPLORER and may be shared or referenced with attribution, but not republished or resold. Content produced for you as part of a paid engagement — the diagnostic brief, drafts, and published pieces — belongs to you once delivered.

Confidentiality

Information you share as part of any engagement — business context, signals, voice samples, drafts, and strategic direction — is treated as strictly confidential and is never shared with or used to identify you to any third party without your explicit consent.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed via Flutterwave. TITANXPLORER does not store your card details. Disputes about a specific charge should first be raised directly via bukar@titanxplorer.com before initiating a chargeback — most issues are resolved faster that way.

Limitation of Liability

TITANXPLORER provides strategic and creative services. We do not guarantee specific commercial outcomes (revenue, hires, investment, or media coverage) as a result of any diagnostic or retainer engagement — positioning work changes what the market can see; it does not control how the market responds. Our liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that specific engagement.

Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated as the practice evolves. The version in effect at the time you pay for a diagnostic or sign a retainer agreement is the version that governs that engagement.
